Return Policy

 

If you are unsure about a tea, we recommend to always buy a sample size first. Since tea is a food item, it cannot be returned once opened.  No returns are allowed on sale items.

If you receive a damaged or the incorrect product, please contact us immediately so we can correct the problem.

You have 30 days to change your mind about a product assuming you have the original receipt.  We will credit back the original payment method from the receipt. Accessories and tea must be unused and in original packaging to receive the refund.
